A Workshop for Menopausal Women ( Peri-menopausal too)

This peri-menopausal / menopausal state takes some getting used to.  Want to shed some light on the situation? Instead of challenging the change and meeting resistance, how about changing the conversation?

Join me for a workshop that reframes the conversation that is playfulinquisitive and fun. Workshop includes writing, discussion, scribbling and restorative yoga poses. And  we are hoping, if if works with her schedule, as an added that Lindsay Parmer, a yoga teacher and wizard with essential oils, will join in at the end and share her recommendations.

(All materials and props are included in the workshop- just wear comfy clothes and bring a journal if you wish.)
